There are 3 miles of coastline (along Long Island Sound) in Fairfield, CT with stunning sandy beaches from Ash Creek to Sasco Hill.  There are approximately 10,000 residents who live near the beach. It's home to the Fairfield Museum, salt marsh trails, a public marina, tennis courts, the Biglow Senior Center, and even a par-3 golf course. Dogs and horses are allowed on the beach Oct-March (free parking).
